Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 22, where you will join the A38. Turn left going south, signposted Highbridge. After 1 mile, go straight through small roundabout, past Highbridge Caravan Centre on right, then Bristol Bridge Inn on left, over bridge, turn right at sign for Burnham on Sea (B3139). Morland Road is second on left, Morlands Industrial Estate is on that corner. Turn left into car park and park car. Proceed down either side of the building, and Unit 26 is halfway along the back of the building.
