Vision of work in Lockleaze
The Vision for the future of this work is continuing to unfold as people with a heart for this community pray together. An invitation is being given to christians with an interest in the future of this work in Lockleaze to come together to pray and wait on God for His plans and purposes for the area.

As part of the Bristol Region Celebration Churches Network the overall vision is to have an a witnessing/serving church in every community and a light in every street.

What's happened so far?
On September 11th 2001, we held our first prayer meeting at St. James Church on Romney Avenue in Lockleaze. We carried on praying and praying!

During academic year 2002/03, we held a Christmas Carol Service, Children's Holiday Club, Alpha Course at St James and then throughout the Summer 2003, we have used it as a base for compassion team projects, including 'THE NOISE' weekend on May Day Bank Holiday.

Full details are available on the St. James Church Website.
