Ebe has been supporting the work of the Crisis Centre over many years, through prayer, finances, volunteers and other practical ways. Crisis Centre Ministries is a Christian charity that helps homeless and drug-addicted people in Bristol, England. They do this by running four projects: The Wild Goose, the LITE Course, East Bristol Foodbank and Ladies Night Shelter.
The Wild Goose serves tens of thousands of hot, free meals every year, in addition to helping hundreds of people into emergency and supported accommodation, as well as helping in many other practical ways.
The LITE course (Life-Skills and Initial Training for Employment) runs two courses focusing on building confidence and developing potential aimed at the long term unemployed.
East Bristol Foodbank is their most recent project and provides food parcels to people who have been referred by front-line care professionals, such as: doctors, social workers etc.
The Ladies Night Shelter provides eight beds for women who may otherwise sleep on the streets that night.
Volunteer help needed - coffee shop helpers, cooks, administrators, professional skills for LITE Course, etc… Please consider how you can support this incredible ministry in our city. Speak to Stewart North for details or contact Crisis Centre Ministries directly on 0117 3301230 or
